1.原料洗净备用

2.鸡尖对半切开,青椒切块,大小随意

3.锅里放油烧热,放入糖炒糖色,然后放入鸡尖炒均匀 (初次炒糖色,炒的不好)

4.接着放入姜蒜片和八角翻炒下

5.加入适量的酱油和料酒炒一炒

7.倒入开水淹没鸡尖,大火烧沸后转小火,煮至汁剩少许
